Adam Cowburn

Adam Cowburn brings over 17 years of aviation industry experience to his client engagements. He leads the Alton Asia-Pacific team from our Singapore office, ensuring high quality, local support for his discerning client base of investors, manufacturers, operators, and aftermarket service providers.

Adam specializes in performing the complex quantitative financial analysis that enables senior executives to design effective strategies and allocate capital to minimize stakeholder risk. His engagements typically involve strategic and business planning, new business development, mergers and acquisitions, business and asset valuations, financial modeling, and geographic expansion planning.

Before joining Alton, Adam was a Managing Director at SH&E and ICF, where he led the global airline practice, as well as the aviation strategy practice in the Asia-Pacific region.

Earlier, he worked for a boutique consultancy in Washington D.C., where he advised the FAA on operational and regulatory issues. Adam began his career as an investment banking analyst at Merrill Lynch.

Adam received his MBA from Wharton and his BA from Dartmouth.

John Mowry

John Mowry brings nearly two decades of aviation industry experience to his global client base, including more than 15 years providing advisory and consulting services. Based in our New York office, John brings every client deep domain expertise and objective counsel across a wide range of aviation matters.

John is a skilled subject matter expert to operators, lessors, and equity and debt investors on a wide array of aviation asset classes, including aircraft, engines, and inventories. He has advised investors on the selection, acquisition, and financing of billions of dollars in aircraft and aircraft operating leases, frequently working on large, confidential transactions. Accredited as a Certified Appraiser by ISTAT, he has valued the comprehensive aviation assets owned and leased by the world’s largest airlines to the smallest end-of-life leasing and aftermarket participants.

Before joining Alton, John worked at SH&E and ICF, most recently as Global Managing Director of its aviation consulting practice, which spanned the entire aviation and aerospace value chain. He also led the aviation consulting practice centered on aircraft financing and leasing. He began his career with General Electric, where he was a design engineer with GE Aviation and a business development analyst in the engine leasing division of GE Capital Aviation Services.

John received his BS in Chemical Engineering from Notre Dame and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State.

Laetitia Achille

Based in our New York office, Laetitia Achille brings 15 years of aviation industry experience to discerning clients in aircraft leasing and financing. Senior decision makers count on Laetitia for complex analytic support, objective business advice, and independent counsel that deliver durable, lasting value. Laetitia has led diverse industry teams across offices worldwide, including cash flow forecasting engagements for dozens of ABS issuances secured by assets valued at over $30 billion. She has performed due diligence on many of the largest mergers and acquisitions in the aircraft leasing industry.

Before joining Alton, Laetitia worked at SH&E and ICF, where she was a Global Managing Director, leading the aviation asset advisory and management practice. She began her career with ATR in maintenance planning, and worked at Dassault Aviation in the Mirage 2000 assembly line.

Laetitia earned her BS in Aerospace Engineering from EPF École d’Ingenieurs (Paris) and an MS in Aeronautical Maintenance from ISAE-SUPAERO (Toulouse).

Jonathan Berger

For more than 27 years, Jonathan Berger has delivered bottom line value to aviation industry clients facing a range of challenges. Jonathan specializes in strategic planning, market analysis, operational improvement, and commercial M&A due diligence in the aerospace and MRO segments. His discerning client base of investors, airline executives, OEMs, and MRO aftermarket service providers value his unique ability to resolve complex strategic and technical issues in a data-driven, financially quantifiable manner.

Prior to joining Alton, Jonathan was a vice president at SH&E and ICF, where he successfully launched and led their global MRO practice. He began his career at Delta Air Lines, where he held roles of increasing responsibility in airline operations, engineering, quality assurance, and technology. In his last role based in Paris, France, Jonathan was the General Manager of the Europe, Africa and Middle East (EMEA) region, where he developed and executed an MRO sales & marketing strategy for Delta TechOps.

Jonathan received his BS in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Bradley Dailey

Bradley brings every client nearly 15 years of practical, strategic experience in commercial aircraft leasing and financing. He has honed his expertise in financial modeling, quantitative data synthesis, asset valuation, deal coordination, purchase agreement negotiation and airline analysis. Working on many large-scale aircraft projects has given him particular experience in strategy evaluation, business plans and future fleet developments. Clients appreciate his unique understanding of the strategic dispositions of critical stakeholders, and skill in successful closing transactions.

Before joining Alton, Bradley held a variety of roles at AerCap, the largest owner of commercial aircraft in the world. Most recently as the senior director of portfolio management, Bradley supported the company-wide acquisition strategy, which included the successful completion of forward order purchases from both Airbus and Boeing. Earlier in his career, Bradley worked in strategic marketing and pricing, where he developed the critical tools needed to inform and facilitate aircraft lease placements and acquisitions–most notably, the entire ILFC portfolio.

Bradley earned a Dual Honors BA in Economics and Politics from the University of Sheffield.

Adam Guthorn

Adam advises many of the world’s leading aerospace OEMs and international airlines, bringing them over 11 years of experience in the aviation and aerospace industry. Based in New York, he offers his client base significant expertise in business strategy and planning, performing cost and operations diagnostics, forecasting market demand, and developing and implementing long-term business plans.

Adam specializes in quantitative analysis and modeling of commercial aviation trends, supporting financial transactions, restructuring activities, and mergers and acquisitions. He is recognized for his leading aerospace market forecasts and is a frequent speaker at aviation industry conferences.
Before joining Alton, Adam was a principal at SH&E and ICF, where he was a key member of the aerospace and MRO advisory practice and led the New York-based consulting team. Earlier, he worked in the electronic systems division of Northrop Grumman.

Adam earned his BS in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, where he also earned minors in Economics and Mathematics.

Denis Hogan

Denis Hogan is a seasoned aircraft leasing executive and advisor, with a career spanning over 30 years. Denis leverages his extensive experience, relationships, and proficiency in the commercial airline and aviation leasing industries to support the success of Alton’s clients.

Denis was a founding team member of SMBC Aviation Capital (previously RBS Aviation Capital), which grew from a start-up in 2001 to become one of the world’s top three aircraft lessors. Rising through the ranks, he held key positions, including Executive Vice President and Head of Airline Marketing for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa where his leadership steered a team responsible for leasing aircraft to airlines in the region. Previously, he played pivotal roles as Head of OEM Relationships and Head of Restructuring.

Before SMBC, Denis was a Partner at IAMG, a successful aviation advisory company, which was later sold to become RBS Aviation Capital. Denis started his aviation career with GPA Group and subsequently worked in banking with Barclays and KBC.

He is a qualified solicitor, holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a law degree from Trinity College Dublin.

Denis is based in Alton’s Dublin office.

Raffi Kasparian

Raffi Kasparian is the Managing Director of Alton's Dubai office. He brings over 20 years of international management consulting and industry experience with a focus on air transport, logistics and infrastructure sectors. Raffi has led the development of various company reviews, business planning engagements and transaction advisory cases for major airports, airline groups and aviation investors.

Prior to joining Alton, Raffi has had former consulting roles at tier-one strategy and management consulting firms where he developed several assignments primarily in the context of large-scale value creation programs. He was also part of the consulting team at Lufthansa Group where he served as a technical and commercial advisor on numerous airline planning assignments and company reviews.

Raffi began his career in aviation at Middle East Airlines where he was responsible for production planning and corporate development issues, driving network and fleet planning decisions as well as the rollout of market intelligence solutions. He received his MBA from IMD business school in Switzerland and a BE in Industrial Engineering from the Lebanese American University.

Mabel Kwan

Mabel Kwan is a Managing Director at Alton Aviation Consultancy, Singapore Office.

Ms. Kwan has an accomplished track record with close to 20 years of experience in planning, investment and business development in the aviation, airline, airport, and tourism and travel industries.

Ms. Kwan specializes in advising on business strategy, investments and PPPs, particularly in airports. During her career, she was involved in the investment, asset management and divestment of several aviation companies including airports, airlines and ground handlers.

Prior to joining Alton, Ms. Kwan was a Managing Director of Investments at Changi Airports International (CAI), where she was responsible for driving the investment strategy of CAI and designing holistic and practical solutions for CAI’s partners in airport management and development. At CAI, she successfully set up an airport investment platform and raised over US$1 billion in capital from institutional investors. She led teams to successfully bid for airport concessions in the Middle East & Asia Pacific and was the board representative on several projects.

Previously, Ms. Kwan was Director of Development (Asia) at Hilton Worldwide, where she was instrumental in the acquisition and development of new hotels in the region, including the first hotels in Southeast Asia for Hilton’s new upscale and luxury brands.

Before that, she was Associate Director (Investment) at Temasek Holdings, where the team managed a portfolio listed and privately held aviation related assets, including Singapore Airlines. She was involved in the investment and set up of low-cost carriers and cargo airline and also in the divestment of an aircraft lessor and ground handler.

Ms. Kwan began her career in Singapore Airlines as a company planner, where she was responsible for corporate planning activities such as M&A and fleet planning.

Ms. Kwan graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from the National University of Singapore.

She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Leah Ryan

Leah Ryan brings two decades of global risk management and aviation finance experience to Alton with specialities in the aircraft leasing and lending sectors across the full spectrum of origination, due diligence, and analysis underwriting and syndication. Leah has worked on country-level opportunity assessment and large-scale restructuring and repossessions. She has a deep understanding of complex jurisdictions, credit and asset assessment, transaction structuring across leasing and lending products, portfolio and process management, and model development.

Prior to joining Alton, Leah managed multi-billion-dollar asset portfolios for operating lessor GECAS and its lending business PK AirFinance, across developed and emerging markets. She has a proven track record in transaction underwriting and structuring, contract negotiation, relationship management, communication strategy, and execution and cross-functional team leadership.

Leah earned her Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Management from Trinity College, Dublin.

Alan Lim

Alan is a seasoned aviation professional with almost a decade of management consulting and line management experience. He is experienced in business planning, cost reduction, business process improvement, sales force effectiveness, and organizational development.

Alan started his career with Singapore Airlines, working in the commercial, operations, and strategy departments. In particular, he was one of the pioneer members of the airline’s Business Transformation team, where he helped to kickstart its three-year long transformation program. He has broad expertise across the aviation value chain across multiple geographies in Asia, Europe, and Australia.

Prior to Alton, Alan was a management consultant with Partners in Performance, an implementation-focused consultancy, where he helped clients to identify and implement various business improvement opportunities across the aviation, hospitality, and manufacturing industries.

Alan earned his BS in Economics from University College London and his Master of Science in Financial and Managerial Economics from HEC Paris.

Min Ma

Min Ma has a 20-year track record of helping aircraft OEMs, airlines, financial institutions, aircraft lessors, airport investors, and other aviation enterprises grow and succeed.

From our Beijing office, she offers her clients expert, objective counsel across a broad range of specialties, including aircraft manufacturing, production and purchase cost analysis, aircraft marketing and sales, market forecast and competition analysis, aviation quality assurance, joint venture enterprise establishment and feasibility study, mergers and acquisitions, aviation regulation and policy advisory.

Before joining Alton, Min led the China aviation consulting practice for SH&E and ICF, meeting the needs of a diverse client base. She was previously a project director at FlightGlobal Hong Kong, and Director of Sales and Marketing at AVIC Aircraft Corporation. Min began her career as a general production manager at AVIC, supporting the manufacturing and delivery of key structural components for Boeing, Airbus, and ATR aircraft in accordance with FAA and EASA airworthiness certifications.

Min holds an MBA from the École Nationale de l’Aviation Civile, with a specialty in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations, and BA of Aircraft Manufacturing Technology from the Northwestern Polytechnical University.

Ronan Murphy

Based in Dublin, Ronan is a Director at Alton Aviation Consultancy providing transactional and strategic insights across the aviation value chain. Ronan brings 15 years of professional experience to Alton specializing in strategy development, structured finance, M&A, portfolio management, airline analysis, risk management and company valuation. Ronan has a unique skill set that allows him to understand and absorb complex transactions and distil them into concise actionable information to support decision makers in achieving their strategic goals. Ronan has a proven track record and led a variety of strategic reviews, buy side and sell side transaction processes and airline restructurings providing critical insight and investment decision recommendations to capital deployers and related stakeholders. Ronan has expertise in developing out enterprise level reporting frameworks using business intelligence tools to consolidate an array of disparate company and market data into dynamic user-friendly interfaces allowing stakeholders to make smarter decisions while providing a more insightful view of the data that is important to them.

Prior to joining Alton, Ronan held a variety of roles in AMCK Aviation where he was most recently Vice President of Strategy & Planning and responsible for devising strategic options and alternative capital deployment opportunities. Prior to this Ronan was Vice President of Risk developing out the company’s wider risk framework and credit analysis. Previously Ronan worked with KPMG in Dublin in the Corporate Finance team where he advised on several aviation transitions having begun his career as an auditor with KPMG.

Ronan is a holder of the CFA Charter since 2015, a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland since 2010 and has completed the Certificate in Negotiating and influencing skills for leaders in London Business School. Ronan earned the Master in Accounting from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a BsC in Management from Technological University Dublin.

Joshua Ng

Based in Alton’s Singapore office, Joshua Ng brings nearly a decade of experience in the aviation and aerospace industry with significant expertise in business strategy development, market demand forecasting, supply chain management, operational performance improvement, and financial modelling. Joshua advises clients across the aviation value chain - from airlines to MROs to industry investors – all of whom entrust Joshua to provide accurate and insightful analysis when developing and implementing their long term business plans.

Prior to joining Alton, Joshua began his career at ST Aerospace, a leading aviation MRO solutions provider, where he held positions of increasing responsibility across the MRO and supply chain management disciplines and managed key airline accounts valued at over $100m USD. He later joined the New York-based consulting team of ICF, where he was a key member in the aviation & aerospace practice.

Joshua earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and his Masters of Engineering in Logistics from MIT.

Yuichi Takayama

Yuichi Takayama brings over 16 years of aviation and aerospace experience to his client engagements serving aircraft & engine manufacturers, commercial airlines, airport operators, MRO service providers, lessors and investors.

Based in Tokyo, Mr. Takayama has successfully completed over forty projects across a broad spectrum of topics, including feasibility studies for new civil aircraft programs, pricing for commercialized military products, and new market entry strategies.

Prior to joining Alton, Mr. Takayama was a Manager with Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting in their Aerospace & Defense practice. In addition, Yuichi successfully completed Airbus’ prestigious intern program working in their Transformation & Change and Customer Service division.

Mr. Takayama holds an MBA in Aerospace from Toulouse Business School and a BBA from Yokohama National University.

Mechelle Mahnke

Mechelle Mahnke is a results driven executive business operations and finance leader experienced in assisting organizations create value from driving transformation, integrating new capabilities from strategy development to execution, all while maintaining a strong foundation in compliance, and financial accountability. Achieving change by translating business vision into reality and acknowledged as proactive, results oriented, a creative problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement.

Before joining Alton, Mechelle was the Finance & Operations Director at AeroDynamic Advisory where she was responsible for finance, information technology, human resources, administration, and marketing. Previously, Mechelle was a Senior Operations Manager at ICF, responsible for staff management, financial analysis and reporting, systems management, performance measurement and management, project management, training, and administration. Prior to working at ICF, she owned her own business and provided business owners the tools needed to effectively manage their company and stay fiscally strong by establishing financial and operational processes. Mechelle began her career at Cognitive Bionics and AeroStrategy as an office manager focused on process development and financial accountability.

Mechelle received her BS in Economics and Management from Eastern Michigan University.

Jason Adriaenssens

Based in Alton’s New York office, Jason Adriaenssens brings clients more than a decade of management consulting and hospitality-industry experience. Jason’s experience includes projects spanning across market evaluation strategy, operational performance improvement, and cost optimization.

Prior to joining Alton, Jason was an Engagement Manager with DHL Consulting Americas, focusing on the Aviation and Aerospace Practice. At DHL Consulting, Jason supported senior executives of both the Deutsche Post DHL Group as well as external clients on a variety of strategic and operational topics. Earlier, Jason worked for the Royal Caribbean Group on the revenue management team and at Carnival Cruise Line on the financial planning and analysis team.

Jason received his MBA and BS in Hotel Administration (i.e., business with a hospitality focus) from Cornell University.

Daniel Bayer

Based in Alton’s New York office, Daniel has nearly a decade of consulting, airline, and strategy experience. With Alton, he is working at the intersection of his passion for aviation, strategy, and finance.

Prior to joining Alton, Daniel held several positions at WestJet, responsible for advising investment decisions, providing strategic analysis across the airline, and developing key business cases and initiatives. Daniel has more than a decade of analytical experience including nearly four years providing advisory and consulting services with two of the Big Four accounting firms. Passionate about analysis supporting strategy, Daniel specializes in quantitative modeling, strategic evaluation, and mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Daniel held analytical positions in aviation and marine fuels marketing, pricing, and logistics in Canada.

Daniel has received a Master of Applied Science in Management Science from the University of Waterloo. He also received a Bachelor of Applied Science, Honours Chemical Engineering/Management Sciences from University of Waterloo. More recently Daniel earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is currently a CFA charterholder.

Katya Bulatova

Based in Alton Aviation Consultancy’s Hong Kong office, Katya Bulatova brings clients more than a decade of international advisory experience across strategic planning, operational performance improvement, cost optimization, and organizational development.

Katya has extensive experience working with leading companies across aviation supply chain, including airlines, aircraft manufacturers, lessors and MRO. Among other things, she has worked on airline start-ups, anti-crisis and growth strategy developments, productivity and cost improvements, and M&A.

Prior to joining Alton, Katya was a manager at Bain & Company South East Asia, where she advised C-level executives of top organizations around the world on a variety of strategic and operational issues. Earlier, she was a manager at KPMG office in Singapore where she was involved in international aircraft financing transactions and ownership structures.

Katya earned her BS and MS in Economics from Higher School of Economics in Moscow.

Alvin Chan

With a profound passion for aviation and a history of driving digital innovation, Alvin is working at the intersection of his passion for aerospace and technology. His extensive experience working with renowned companies including Singapore Airlines and Airbus provides a unique blend of industry insight and digital expertise.

Prior to joining Alton, Alvin’s tenure with Airbus' Digital Solutions Team helped Airbus to develop innovative aviation software and solutions on its Skywise platform, including those aimed at aircraft performance optimization and maintenance.

Before Airbus, Alvin was a pioneer member of Singapore Airlines' Digital Innovation Lab, where he played an instrumental role in deploying and implementing new digital products and services to improve passenger experience and airline operational productivity.

Alvin started his career at Enterprise Singapore as the account manager for the aerospace industry before establishing Starburst Aerospace’s APAC presence working with startups and bringing their technologies to large corporates through pilots and POCs.

Alvin earned his Bachelor’s of Business Management from Singapore Management University.

Catriona Cleary

Based in Alton’s Dublin office, Catriona is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in the aviation finance and leasing industry. She currently serves as an Engagement Manager within Alton’s Aircraft Financial & Technical Services (AFTS) team, providing clients with a comprehensive suite of services that ranges from strategic planning to transaction support and execution.

She joined Alton from AerCap, the world’s largest commercial aircraft owner, where she served in a variety of roles, most recently as the Director of Technical Finance & Analysis, specializing in maintenance technical forecasting and analysis, and therefore playing a crucial role in supporting key commercial decisions. Her contributions were instrumental in the successful acquisition of GECAS. Previously at AerCap, she served in senior positions within the Strategic Planning & Analysis and Financial Reporting departments. Catriona initiated her professional career in the aircraft leasing and financing industry with debis AirFinance.

Catriona is a fellow of the Chartered Accountants Ireland and earned her Bachelor of Business Studies and French from the University of Limerick.

Evan Deahl

Evan leverages deep financial and transaction advisory experience – as well as a lifelong passion for aviation – to assist clients in addressing complex strategic challenges across the aviation value chain.

Prior to joining Alton, Evan helped to originate, structure, and execute M&A and financing transactions as an associate at Evolution Media Capital in New York. He began his career as an analyst at MTS Health Partners, an investment bank providing advisory services to companies in the healthcare and biotechnology industries.

Evan is a graduate of the Roy and Diana Vagelos Program in Life Sciences and Management at the University of Pennsylvania, holding a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in Biological Basis of Behavior from the College of Arts and Sciences.

Shuai Jiang

Jiang Shuai provides client value by leveraging his strong strategic analysis and project management skills with experience in aircraft manufacturing, engineering & maintenance, and aero-turbine research & development.

Prior to joining Alton, Jiang Shuai worked as a system engineer for Liebherr Aerospace, a tier-one system supplier for the Chinese aircraft manufacturer COMAC supporting the C919 and ARJ21 aircraft platforms.

Jiang Shuai received his Bachelor and Master degrees in Aviation Engineering from Sino-European Institute of Aviation Engineering, Civil Aviation University of China. He is a fluent speaker in Mandarin Chinese, English, and French.

Clark Johns

Clark is a seasoned aviation professional with nearly a decade of experience spanning across major airlines and management consulting. He is experienced in airline network planning and scheduling, corporate strategy, and business process improvement.

Prior to Alton, Clark held leadership roles in network planning at both Air New Zealand, where he implemented an improved network planning and scheduling process, and United Airlines where he managed a team responsible for creating and executing the airline’s domestic network growth strategy. Earlier, Clark worked for JetBlue Airways on the network planning team developing route financial analysis and fleet deployment plans.

Clark began his career as a management consultant with SH&E and later ICF as part of the aviation practice where he supported clients on transaction advisory, air service development, and network and fleet strategy engagements.

Clark earned his BS in Business Economics from Miami University and his MA in Economics from Boston University.

Ganesh Nair

Ganesh Nair brings a proven track record in aircraft leasing and financing to clients in our New York office. For nearly a decade, he has advised clients and investors on several high-profile aviation debt and equity investments, including cash flow forecasting engagements for dozens of large-scale ABS issuances. Investors, leasing companies and banks trust him for complex analytic support, objective counsel and a deep understanding of the technical and financial aspects of every project.

Before joining Alton, Ganesh worked at ICF SH&E, where he was a Senior Manager in the aviation asset advisory and management practice. He began his career at Boeing as a Structural Engineer at the Everett, WA factory.

Ganesh earned his BS and MS in Aerospace Engineering and Systems Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Aravin Raman

Based in Alton’s Singapore office, Aravin brings over five years of airport strategy, business planning and investment support experience to Alton’s clients in the aviation industry.

Before joining Alton, Aravin was a Business Development Manager at Malaysia Airports for aerospace and aviation segment where he worked on multiple projects across their portfolio of airports covering market assessment, project feasibility including cost-benefit analyses and execution strategies. In addition, he was a key member of the team responsible for joint-venture developments which saw the formation of joint-ventures for managed aviation industrial parks and an e-commerce air cargo hub. He is well-experienced working in the public sector and on policy matters, having worked with multiple government agencies, regulators, and government-linked companies.

Aravin holds a Masters in Engineering and Bachelors in Engineering for Engineering with Business Finance from University College London (UCL).

Jian Zhu

Based in Alton Aviation Consultancy’s Hong Kong office, Jian Zhu brings clients nearly a decade of advisory experience in aircraft leasing and financing, with strong expertise in investment analysis, asset valuation, cash flow projection, and financial modeling. Jian has advised investors on a wide range of aviation debt/equity investments including ABS, sale-leaseback, JOLCO, and other structured investments. She has supported many non-aviation investors enter the space and setup leasing/investment platforms, including joint venture sidecars. Investors, leasing companies, and banks count on Jian for complex analytic support and independent counsel on investment in the aviation industry. Jian is accredited as a Certified Appraiser by ISTAT and a CFA charterholder.

Prior to joining Alton Aviation Consultancy, Jian initiated her career at SkyWorks Capital, a boutique financial advisory firm dedicated to commercial aviation, where she advised institutional investors on investments in aviation assets and provided support on various types of aircraft financing transactions. Jian later joined ICF as a manager in the aviation asset advisory and management practice.

Jian earned her BS in Business Administration and BA in Mathematics from University of Richmond, and her MS in Operations Research from Columbia University.

Dolapo Adebisi

Dolapo leverages his deep financial and entrepreneurial background to provide long-term solutions for clients throughout the aviation and aerospace sector.

Prior to Alton, Dolapo worked in Corporate Development at Trinity Biotech Plc, where he performed financial modelling and business planning development for potential acquisitions of early-stage biosensor companies. Earlier, he spent time at Wayflyer in the Risk team where he underwrote working capital financing for eCommerce businesses before transitioning to an operations role where he developed a freight-financing platform providing air and sea freight logistics services and inventory financing for clients.

Dolapo started his career at Ernst & Young’s audit division where he performed substantive audits of many U.S. multinationals in the technological and pharmaceutical sectors.

Dolapo holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree with finance specialization from Dublin City University and has been a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland since 2019.

Zhen Ying Cheah

Based in Alton's Singapore office, Zhen Ying leverages analytical skills and deep passion to serve clients in the aviation industry. Zhen Ying has worked on a variety of projects involving network and fleet strategy with airlines, maintenance cash flow forecasts for lessors, and commercial due diligence for private equity firms.

Prior to joining Alton, Zhen Ying interned with Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice where she focused on change management projects for SAP implementation. She also interned with Mazars Consulting and was involved in due diligence and corporate finance projects.

Zhen Ying is a double degree graduate who earned a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business from Nanyang Technological University where she specialized in banking and finance. She is a fluent speaker in English and Mandarin.

Jordi Ferrer

Based in Alton’s New York office, Jordi leverages extensive analytical and critical thinking skills to deliver quality and lasting solutions to clients within the industry. Jordi accounts for relevant aviation consultancy and airline experience, and at Alton has been involved in a wide range of advisories including fleet strategy, network planning, airline restructuring, and MRO-related engagements.

Prior to joining Alton as an associate, Jordi began his career at Flare Aviation Consulting, where he accumulated three years of experience advising airlines, airport authorities, investment banks, and governmental agencies. His responsibilities included financial advisories, due diligences, airport master plan reviews, and governmental advisories. He previously interned at Volotea Airlines within the Short Term Planning and Technical Records divisions.

Jordi holds a MSc in Aeronautical Engineering, a BSc in Aerospace Engineering, and a BSc in Business Administration, from BarcelonaTECH. He earned a MSc in Transport jointly from Imperial College London and University College London.

Jinpeng Ho

Jinpeng “Jin” is a seasoned aviator with over 20 years of flying experience ranging from piston engine planes, fast jets and helicopters. He is also a problem solver with deep aviation technical knowledge and strong analytical skillset honed through many challenging operational and staff positions in the military.

Prior to joining Alton, Jin began his career as a military pilot with the Republic of Singapore Air Force, specializing in the AH-64D Attack Helicopter. He has also held key positions in flight operations, flight crew management, and strategy and transformation, where he led the implementation of new aerial delivery models, introduced battlefield digitization, and initiated organizational transformation efforts to address evolving technological and demographic challenges.

Jin earned a BSc in Economics from University College London and an MBA from National University of Singapore.

Jason Jodjana

Jason Jodjana has a strong passion for aviation and aerospace and applies his technical and analytical skills, industry expertise and project experience, and relentless drive to provide compelling solutions to clients across the aviation and aerospace industry. Prior to joining Alton, Jason held an internship at GMF AeroAsia, where he was an active contributor to the company’s MRO processes and developed software that streamlined the company’s aircraft damage and repair reporting system.

Jason graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. He is a fluent speaker of English and Indonesian.

Javier Kubicki

Based in Alton’s Dubai office, Javier leverages extensive analytical and financial advisory experience, as well as commercial and business acumen, to help clients solve complex strategic and financial issues within the aviation sector.

Prior to joining Alton, Javier helped to build and negotiate GDS distribution and PSS commercial proposals with airlines across the Middle East, Africa, and Caucasus regions as a Senior Financial Analyst at Amadeus in Dubai. Javier started his career at Santander CIB, helping originate and execute M&A transactions in the energy sector.

Javier holds an Economics Bachelor Degree from Carlos III University of Madrid.

Rui Li

Li Rui’s passion for the aviation industry enables him to combine robust analytical skills with unique aviation insight, experience, and knowledge to deliver effective solutions in the aviation market.

Before joining Alton, he interned with GE Aviation, where he led the digital transformation of the MRO factory by developing and implementing digital workflow models. He was also a leader of NUS UAV Competition Team. Outside of work, he is an active content creator in the aviation community, providing media content for organizations such as Star Alliance.

Li Rui earned BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering, with specialization in Aeronautical Engineering and a Minor in Economics from National University of Singapore. He is a fluent speaker of English and Mandarin.

Yinan Qin

Yinan Qin brings a strong passion for the aviation industry and solid analytical and technical skills along with relevant project experience to develop appropriate strategies for clients in the high-competitive aviation market.

Prior to joining Alton Aviation Consultancy’s office in New York, Yinan interned with ICBC and a New York based asset management firm, where she worked as a data analyst to apply systematic methodologies to analyze industrial statistics and deliver market insights.

Yinan earned an M.A in Statistics from Columbia University and an Honor BComm in Finance from The University of British Columbia. She is a fluent speaker in English and Mandarin. She is also conversational in Cantonese and Japanese.

Jerry Qiu

Jerry leverages his deep passion for the aviation industry, along with his analytical and problem-solving skills, to deliver cutting-edge solutions for clients.

Prior to Alton, Jerry worked in the Financial Services Risk Management team of EY Consulting, where he designed rigorous compliance monitoring policies for a leading investment bank’s treasury division. Earlier he also spent time in KPMG Consulting’s Financial Risk Management team, where he participated in researching changing banking regulatory policies in Hong Kong, Singapore, the EU, and Japan.

Jerry holds a Master of Science in Economic and Social History (Distinction) from the University of Oxford and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, where he dual majored in history and political science. He is a fluent speaker of English and Mandarin Chinese.

Francis Sin

Based in Alton's Singapore office, Francis has a decade of experience in air transport regulation, corporate strategy, and risk management.

Prior to joining Alton, Francis held several positions at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), where he was responsible for the economic regulation of air transport, engagement of airport and airline stakeholders, and negotiation of international aviation agreements, including the ASEAN-EU Comprehensive Air Transport Agreement.

During his time at CAAS, Francis led strategic and transformational initiatives, including the design and implementation of an enterprise risk management framework to determine and mitigate the top strategic risks faced by the agency and Singapore’s aviation sector. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Francis also drove scenario planning and horizon scanning efforts, authoring data-driven analysis pieces covering government response worldwide, vaccine rollout, and workforce changes.

Francis holds an MPhil in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Political Science from the University of Chicago.

Tatsuhiko Suzuki

Tatsuhiko’s deep-rooted passion for the aviation industry, combined with his creative background and solid analytical skills enable him to deliver unique and innovative solutions for clients.

Prior to joining Alton, Tatsuhiko worked as a business analyst at a Japanese aviation consulting firm, where he conducted comprehensive market studies on trending topics including advanced air mobility (AAM) and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). With an interest in next-generation infrastructure, he also spent time at Tesla Japan, where he was involved in network planning and deployment of Superchargers across the country.

During his time at Alton’s Tokyo and Singapore offices, Tatsuhiko advised clients across multiple disciplines including fleet strategy, supply chain assessment, and eVTOL go-to-market strategies.

Tatsuhiko graduated from Keio University where he earned his BA in Economics. He is a fluent speaker of English, Japanese, Mandarin, and is conversational in Korean.

John Sebastian Thörn

Based in the New York office, John Sebastian brings both his technical knowledge and his lifelong passion for commercial aviation to Alton’s clients.

Prior to joining as an associate at Alton, John Sebastian was an intern in the New York office where he leveraged his industry knowledge and analytical skills to help evaluate an airline bankruptcy, prepare extensive analysis for M&A diligence cases, and feasibility studies. In addition to his experience with Alton, John Sebastian has worked on projects and internships with various management consulting firms.

John Sebastian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, majoring in Business Analytics. He is a native English speaker and conversational in Swedish.

Yuankai Wang

Yuankai is a passionate aviation professional with more than seven years of experience in commercial strategy in the airline and airport sectors. He has a proven track record in delivering solutions based upon solid analytical processes, especially in projects requiring deep technical domain knowledge.

Prior to joining Alton, Yuankai was an asset manager at Changi Airports International (CAI), where he contributed to due diligence efforts leading to several successful bids on major emerging market airport privatization projects, specifically in the areas of traffic development strategy and CapEx and OpEx projections. He also led airline and passenger development initiatives at CAI asset airports across three regions. Yuankai began his career at AirAsia Group in network planning and revenue management roles, most recently leading a cross-functional team in developing the group’s long-term strategy for Greater China encompassing network expansion, fare structure revision, and distribution strategy.

Yuankai holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University.

Florian Van Vugt

Based in Alton's Dublin office, Florian is a Senior Associate combining his passion for the aviation industry with extensive financial and transaction advisory experience, as well as commercial and business acumen, to help clients solve complex strategic and financial issues across the aviation value chain.

Florian started his career in ING Bank's international talent program and held a variety of roles in Amsterdam, Frankfurt, and Singapore. Prior to joining Alton, he was a Vice President in the bank's Singapore office where he helped originate, structure, and execute financing transactions for airlines and leasing companies as part of the bank's global aviation sector team. Florian was also responsible for driving the bank's sustainability efforts in the aviation sector, and shared responsibility for the bank's progress on climate alignment.

Florian earned his BS in International Business Administration from the University of Twente and his MS in Finance & Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University) and Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management.

Daniel Zhou

Daniel’s passion in the aviation industry began in high school with a documentary series on air crash investigations, and he has been a keen observer on this industry since then. Daniel brings strong analytical and consulting skills, with an aim to provide clients with the highest quality solutions.

Prior to joining Alton’s HK office, Daniel was an associate at PwC’s Deals Advisory practice, focusing on M&A due diligence and deal strategy & operation. He has been involved in multiple financial due diligence and strategic advisory work for cross border transaction deals.

Daniel earned a M.A in Technology Management(Honor) from Columbia University and graduated cum laude from Gettysburg College where he majored in Mathematics. He is a fluent speaker in Mandarin and English.

Rancy Zhang

As an experienced business consultant, Rancy excels in identifying, analyzing, and developing solutions with aviation clients, especially around financial and accounting-related challenges.

Rancy is a US Certified Public Accountant who worked with Ernst & Young in the United States and the Cayman Islands offices before joining Alton. With her audit exposure in various financial services organizations, including funds housing aviation assets, Rancy gained a comprehensive understanding of aviation leasing companies,and is skilled in operations, financial reporting, and valuation.

Rancy obtained her MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and earned her BBA with double majors in Finance and Accounting from The University of Iowa. Rancy is fluent in English and Chinese, both Mandarin and Cantonese.

Yuan Cheng Chu

Yuan Cheng leverages his interest and passion in aviation along with strong analytical skills and industry knowledge to deliver quality solutions to the clients.

Prior to joining Alton, Yuan Cheng interned at Changi Airports International (CAI) where he performed valuations and due diligence to advise clients on airport investments, as well as asset management works for CAI’s asset airports. Yuan Cheng also completed several internships across airports, airlines, ground handling and aviation consulting firms where he gained valuable industry insights and experience to bring to the clients.

Yuan Cheng holds a Master of Science in Business Management from the National University of Singapore, as well as a Bachelor of Science from the University of New South Wales where he majored in Aviation and graduated with distinction. He is a fluent speaker in English and Mandarin.

Kyle Immel

Kyle brings his longstanding passion for commercial aviation and his analytical expertise to his work and aims to deliver value for Alton’s clients.

Prior to joining as an associate at Alton, Kyle was an intern in the New York office where he employed his technical skills and industry knowledge to perform due diligence for a general aviation acquisition, to support the Unsecured Creditors Committee for an airline bankruptcy, and to conduct market studies. In addition to his experience with Alton, Kyle has completed internships and projects with various finance, healthcare, and media firms.

Kyle graduated Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College, earning a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Economics and a minor in Psychology.

Filip Kubicki

Based in Alton's New York office, Filip leverages his deep-rooted passion for commercial aviation and strong analytical skills to drive value for Alton's clients.

Before joining Alton as an associate, Filip served as a summer investment analyst at Maranon Capital, a prominent private credit firm based in Chicago. His experience includes internships and projects with diverse financial services, venture capital, and real estate firms across North America and Europe. This broad exposure equips Filip to deliver tailored solutions for clients within the aviation and aerospace sectors.

Filip holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Notre Dame, where he majored in Finance and minored in European Studies. He was awarded the J. Robert Wegs Prize for the best capstone essay in his minor. Fluent in both English and Polish, Filip brings a multilingual advantage to his client engagements.

Justin Leung

Coupled with his strong passion in the commercial aviation industry, Justin’s strong analytical skills and consulting knowledge allow him to deliver quality solutions to clients.

Prior to joining Alton, Justin worked as a summer investment banking analyst at BDA Partners, where he was involved in live transactions, covering both M&A and capital raising for two leading Asia-based lifestyle brands. Earlier he also spent time interning at C2 Capital Partners, an Alibaba-backed private equity, where he researched on the latest FMCG trends in the emerging China market and proposed potential investment angles.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where he double majored in Global Business and Finance. He is a fluent speaker in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Simon Lim

Prior to joining Alton, Simon held internship experience at CIMB investment bank where he was involved in several capital raising projects, including an IPO. In addition, he interned in two private equity firms where he delivered solutions to address portfolio companies' pressing problems.

Simon obtained First Class Honors in BComm from the University of Melbourne, where he double majored in Finance and Economics. Simon is a fluent speaker of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa. He is also conversational in Cantonese.

Jane Lin

Based in Alton’s New York office, Jane channels her expertise in modeling and auditing skills to specialize in aircraft finance and maintenance cashflow forecasting.

Prior to joining Alton, Jane interned at an economic consulting firm, where she conducted financial analysis, performed cash flow projection, and carried out valuations for multiple assets and investments. In addition, she has interned at a big four accounting firm and engaged in complex financial audits and financial information review.

Jane holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Economics from Boston College. She is bilingual in Mandarin and English, and conversational in Korean.

Filip Nowicki

Filip combines a passion for advanced technology, expertise in data science, and a keen focus on the operational side of aviation to provide data-driven business solutions at Alton. With a strong background in aerospace engineering and data analytics, he brings a unique perspective to Alton.

Prior to joining Alton, Filip was an intern in the New York office, where he contributed to analyses for M&A diligence cases and developed optimization software, integrating Alton’s intellectual property with cutting-edge data analysis tools. In addition to his experience with Alton, he further applied his analytics skills in client-facing projects within the energy, transportation, and defense sectors and pursued technical internships in robotics and machine design.

Filip holds a Master of Engineering Management degree from Dartmouth College, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology.

Andrea Orsini

Based in Alton's Dubai office, Andrea leverages on strategy consulting and venture capital experience, combined with analytical rigor to drive innovative solutions for aviation clients.

Prior to joining Alton, Andrea was a management consultant at Arthur D. Little, where he worked on digital transformation projects for clients across the aviation, telecommunications, and energy industries. Additionally, he improved his financial and business acumen as a junior investment analyst at a Milan-based venture capital fund, focusing on investments in AI and IoT technologies.

Andrea holds a cum laude double degree in Management and Business Administration from Bocconi University and the Norwegian School of Economics. He is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English and conversational in French.

Randy Pan

Based in Alton’s New York office, Randy is a member of Alton’s Aircraft Financial & Technical Services team. He leverages his modeling and programming skills to support the construction of aircraft financial models and deliver quality work to clients.

Prior to joining Alton, Randy interned at a hedge fund, where he evaluated reports and papers published by research institutions, analyzed stock trends and risk metrics, and programmed convex optimization algorithms. Additionally, he interned at a top Chinese investment bank and performed financial analysis supporting client IPO projects.

Randy holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from New York University. He is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Wee Leong Sam

Wee Leong combines his passion for the aviation industry with strategy consulting experience to provide quality insights for Alton’s clients.

Wee Leong’s prior internship experiences reflects this. Prior to joining Alton, he was a Case Team Assistant with Bain & Company’s Private Equity Group where he focused on commercial due diligence in the E-Commerce and Artificial Intelligence space. He was also a consulting intern at Changi Airports International, the consulting arm of Singapore’s Changi Airport, where he worked on identifying traffic development opportunities for portfolio airports.

Wee Leong is a graduate from the National University of Singapore where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors (Highest Distinction) specializing in Finance and Marketing. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Ben Tinkler-Davies

Based in Alton’s New York office, Ben aims to leverage his engineering and finance backgrounds in the aviation sector to construct data-driven solutions for clients. Ben’s analytic skills and focused mindset will deliver long-lasting and impactful results across a range of applications.

Prior to joining Alton, Ben was a Design and Aerothermal Engineer with Arrival, a UK-based electric vehicle manufacturer. Ben delivered the first braking system for the prototype car before focusing on aerodynamic and aerothermal modelling for other projects. This work fed into design optimization loops to improve performance and hit critical targets. In addition, Ben held an internship position at a London-based consulting firm focused on healthcare M&A deals.

Ben holds a Master of Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Science in Finance degree from the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University.
