Jonathan Berger

For more than 30+ years, Jonathan Berger has delivered bottom line value to aviation industry clients facing a range of competitive challenges. Jonathan leads Alton's global MRO & Aftermarket advisory practice specializing in strategic planning, operational improvement, supply chain management, technology integration, and M&A transaction support. His discerning client base of aviation industry investors, airline executives, and MRO service providers trust and value his unique ability to resolve complex strategic and technical issues in a data-driven, fact-based, and financially quantifiable manner.

Prior to joining Alton, Jonathan was a vice president at SH&E and ICF, where he successfully launched and led their global MRO practice. He began his career at Delta Air Lines, where he held roles of increasing responsibility in airline operations, engineering, quality assurance, and technology. In his last role based in Paris, France, Jonathan was the General Manager of the Europe, Africa and Middle East (EMEA) region, where he developed and executed an MRO sales & marketing strategy for Delta TechOps.

Jonathan received his BS in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
