Yuankai Wang

Yuankai is an experienced airline and airport professional with more than nine years of experience, spanning commercial strategy, network planning, and revenue management roles.

Prior to joining Alton, Yuankai was an Asset Manager at Changi Airports International (CAI), where he was involved in traffic development at CAI's Latin America and South Asia portfolio airports. At CAI, Yuankai also led due diligence efforts for several airport investment opportunities across Asia, involving assessment of traffic potential, commercial revenue potential, and optimization of operations. Yuankai began his career at AirAsia Group in network planning and revenue management roles, most recently leading a cross-functional team in developing the group’s long-term strategy for Greater China encompassing network expansion, fare structure revision, and distribution strategy.

Yuankai holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University.
