Mechelle Mahnke

Mechelle Mahnke is a results driven executive business operations and finance leader experienced in assisting organizations create value from driving transformation, integrating new capabilities from strategy development to execution, all while maintaining a strong foundation in compliance, and financial accountability. Achieving change by translating business vision into reality and acknowledged as proactive, results oriented, a creative problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement.

Before joining Alton, Mechelle was the Finance & Operations Director at AeroDynamic Advisory where she was responsible for finance, information technology, human resources, administration, and marketing. Previously, Mechelle was a Senior Operations Manager at ICF, responsible for staff management, financial analysis and reporting, systems management, performance measurement and management, project management, training, and administration. Prior to working at ICF, she owned her own business and provided business owners the tools needed to effectively manage their company and stay fiscally strong by establishing financial and operational processes. Mechelle began her career at Cognitive Bionics and AeroStrategy as an office manager focused on process development and financial accountability.

Mechelle received her BS in Economics and Management from Eastern Michigan University.
