Based in Alton Aviation Consultancy’s Singapore office, Jian Zhu brings clients over a decade of advisory experience in aviation investment, with strong expertise in aviation asset investment and financing, aircraft sourcing and remarketing, asset management, and airline credit assessment and restructuring. Jian has supported many non-aviation investors enter the space to acquire or setup leasing/investment platforms, including joint venture sidecars. Investors, leasing companies, and banks count on Jian for complex analytic support and independent counsel on their aviation-related investments. Jian is accredited as a Certified Appraiser by ISTAT and a CFA charterholder.
Prior to joining Alton Aviation Consultancy, Jian initiated her career at SkyWorks Capital, a boutique financial advisory firm dedicated to commercial aviation, where she advised institutional investors on investments in aviation assets and provided support on various types of aircraft financing transactions. Jian later joined ICF as a manager in the aviation asset advisory and management practice.
Jian earned her BS in Business Administration and BA in Mathematics from University of Richmond, and her MS in Operations Research from Columbia University.
