Adam Cowburn
MANAGING DIRECTOR- SINGAPORE

Adam Cowburn
MANAGING DIRECTORAdam Cowburn brings over 20 years of aviation industry experience to his client engagements. He leads the Alton Asia-Pacific team from our Singapore office, ensuring high quality, local support for his discerning client base of investors, manufacturers, operators, and aftermarket service providers.
Adam specializes in performing the complex quantitative financial analysis that enables senior executives to design effective strategies and allocate capital to minimize stakeholder risk. His engagements typically involve strategic and business planning, new business development, mergers and acquisitions, business and asset valuations, financial modeling, and geographic expansion planning.
Before joining Alton, Adam was a Managing Director at SH&E and ICF, where he led the global airline practice, as well as the aviation strategy practice in the Asia-Pacific region.
Earlier, he worked for a boutique consultancy in Washington D.C., where he advised the FAA on operational and regulatory issues. Adam began his career as an investment banking analyst at Merrill Lynch.
Adam received his MBA from Wharton and his BA from Dartmouth.

John Mowry

John Mowry
MANAGING DIRECTORJohn Mowry brings nearly 25 years of aviation industry experience to his global client base, more than two decades of which providing advisory and consulting services. Based in Alton's New York office, John brings every client deep domain expertise and objective counsel across a wide range of aviation matters.
John is a trusted advisor to operators, lessors, and equity and debt investors on a wide array of aviation asset classes, including aircraft, engines, and inventories. He has advised investors on the selection, acquisition, and financing of billions of dollars in aircraft and aircraft operating leases, frequently working on large, confidential transactions. Accredited as a Certified Appraiser by ISTAT, he has valued the comprehensive aviation assets owned and leased by the world’s largest airlines to the smallest end-of-life leasing and aftermarket participants.
Before joining Alton, John worked at SH&E and ICF, most recently as Global Managing Director of its aviation consulting practice, which spanned the entire aviation and aerospace value chain. He also led the aviation consulting practice centered on aircraft financing and leasing. He began his career with General Electric, where he was a design engineer with GE Aviation and a business development analyst in the engine leasing division of GE Capital Aviation Services.
John received his BS in Chemical Engineering from Notre Dame and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State.

Laetitia has led diverse industry teams across offices worldwide, including cash flow forecasting engagements for dozens of ABS issuances secured by assets valued at over $30 billion. She has performed due diligence on many of the largest mergers and acquisitions in the aircraft leasing industry.
Before joining Alton, Laetitia worked at SH&E and ICF, where she was a Global Managing Director, leading the aviation asset advisory and management practice. She began her career with ATR in maintenance planning, and worked at Dassault Aviation in the Mirage 2000 assembly line.
Laetitia earned her BS in Aerospace Engineering from EPF École d’Ingenieurs (Paris) and an MS in Aeronautical Maintenance from ISAE-SUPAERO (Toulouse).

Prior to joining Alton, Jonathan was a vice president at SH&E and ICF, where he successfully launched and led their global MRO practice. He began his career at Delta Air Lines, where he held roles of increasing responsibility in airline operations, engineering, quality assurance, and technology. In his last role based in Paris, France, Jonathan was the General Manager of the Europe, Africa and Middle East (EMEA) region, where he developed and executed an MRO sales & marketing strategy for Delta TechOps.
Jonathan received his BS in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Bradley Dailey
MANAGING DIRECTORBradley brings every client nearly 15 years of practical, strategic experience in commercial aircraft leasing and financing. He has honed his expertise in financial modeling, quantitative data synthesis, asset valuation, deal coordination, purchase agreement negotiation and airline analysis. Working on many large-scale aircraft projects has given him particular experience in strategy evaluation, business plans and future fleet developments. Clients appreciate his unique understanding of the strategic dispositions of critical stakeholders, and skill in successful closing transactions.
Before joining Alton, Bradley held a variety of roles at AerCap, the largest owner of commercial aircraft in the world. Most recently as the senior director of portfolio management, Bradley supported the company-wide acquisition strategy, which included the successful completion of forward order purchases from both Airbus and Boeing. Earlier in his career, Bradley worked in strategic marketing and pricing, where he developed the critical tools needed to inform and facilitate aircraft lease placements and acquisitions–most notably, the entire ILFC portfolio.
Bradley earned a Dual Honors BA in Economics and Politics from the University of Sheffield.

Adam Guthorn

Denis Hogan

Denis Hogan
MANAGING DIRECTORDenis Hogan is a seasoned aircraft leasing executive and advisor, with a career spanning over 30 years. Denis leverages his extensive experience, relationships, and proficiency in the commercial airline and aviation leasing industries to support the success of Alton’s clients.
Denis was a founding team member of SMBC Aviation Capital (previously RBS Aviation Capital), which grew from a start-up in 2001 to become one of the world’s top three aircraft lessors. Rising through the ranks, he held key positions, including Executive Vice President and Head of Airline Marketing for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa where his leadership steered a team responsible for leasing aircraft to airlines in the region. Previously, he played pivotal roles as Head of OEM Relationships and Head of Restructuring.
Before SMBC, Denis was a Partner at IAMG, a successful aviation advisory company, which was later sold to become RBS Aviation Capital. Denis started his aviation career with GPA Group and subsequently worked in banking with Barclays and KBC.
He is a qualified solicitor, holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a law degree from Trinity College Dublin.
Denis is based in Alton’s Dublin office.

Raffi Kasparian
MANAGING DIRECTORRaffi Kasparian is the Managing Director of Alton's Dubai office. He brings over 20 years of international management consulting and industry experience with a focus on air transport, logistics and infrastructure sectors. Raffi has led the development of various company reviews, business planning engagements and transaction advisory cases for major airports, airline groups and aviation investors.
Prior to joining Alton, Raffi has had former consulting roles at tier-one strategy and management consulting firms where he developed several assignments primarily in the context of large-scale value creation programs. He was also part of the consulting team at Lufthansa Group where he served as a technical and commercial advisor on numerous airline planning assignments and company reviews.
Raffi began his career in aviation at Middle East Airlines where he was responsible for production planning and corporate development issues, driving network and fleet planning decisions as well as the rollout of market intelligence solutions. He received his MBA from IMD business school in Switzerland and a BE in Industrial Engineering from the Lebanese American University.

Ms. Kwan has an accomplished track record with close to 20 years of experience in planning, investment and business development in the aviation and travel industries.
Ms. Kwan specializes in advising on business strategy, investments and PPPs, particularly in airports. During her career, she was involved in the investment, asset management and divestment of several aviation companies such as airports, lessors, ground handlers, and airlines, including setting up the first low-cost carrier in Singapore. Her views on sustainability, aviation market trends, airport economics, and operational innovation were featured in international and regional publications and conferences.
Prior to joining Alton, Ms. Kwan was a Managing Director of Investments at Changi Airports International (CAI), where she was responsible for driving the investment strategy of CAI and designing holistic and practical solutions for CAI’s partners in airport management and development. She spearheaded the first Asian airport investment platform and raised over US$1 billion in capital from institutional investors. She led teams to successfully bid for airport concessions in the Middle East & Asia Pacific and was the board representative on several projects.
Previously, Ms. Kwan was Director of Development (Asia) at Hilton Worldwide, where she was instrumental in the acquisition and development of new hotels in the region, including the first hotels in Southeast Asia for Hilton’s new upscale and luxury brands.
Before that, she was Associate Director (Investment) at Temasek Holdings, where the team managed a portfolio listed and privately held aviation related assets, including Singapore Airlines.
Ms. Kwan began her career in Singapore Airlines as a company planner, where she was responsible for corporate planning activities such as M&A and fleet planning.
Ms. Kwan graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from the National University of Singapore.
She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Leah has worked on country-level opportunity assessment and large-scale restructuring and repossessions. She has a deep understanding of complex jurisdictions, credit and asset assessment, transaction structuring across leasing and lending products, portfolio and process management, and model development.
Prior to joining Alton, Leah managed multi-billion-dollar asset portfolios for operating lessor GECAS and its lending business PK AirFinance, across developed and emerging markets. She has a proven track record in transaction underwriting and structuring, contract negotiation, relationship management, communication strategy, and execution and cross-functional team leadership.

Alan Lim
DIRECTORAlan is a seasoned aviation professional with more than a decade of management consulting and industry experience. He is a trusted advisor to the firm's clients, and is well-versed in strategic business planning, market research and demand forecasting, business process improvement, and investment due diligence. He co-leads the firm's Mobility practice and is also a key member of its Airline practice.
Alan started his career with Singapore Airlines, working in the commercial, operations, and strategy departments. In particular, he was one of the pioneer members of the airline’s Business Transformation team, where he helped to kickstart its three-year long transformation program. He has broad expertise across the aviation value chain across multiple geographies in Asia, Europe, and Australia.
Prior to Alton, Alan was a management consultant with Partners in Performance, an implementation-focused consultancy, where he helped clients to identify and implement various business improvement opportunities across the aviation, hospitality, and manufacturing industries.

From our Beijing office, she offers her clients expert, objective counsel across a broad range of specialties, including aircraft manufacturing, production and purchase cost analysis, aircraft marketing and sales, market forecast and competition analysis, aviation quality assurance, joint venture enterprise establishment and feasibility study, mergers and acquisitions, aviation regulation and policy advisory.
Before joining Alton, Min led the China aviation consulting practice for SH&E and ICF, meeting the needs of a diverse client base. She was previously a project director at FlightGlobal Hong Kong, and Director of Sales and Marketing at AVIC Aircraft Corporation. Min began her career as a general production manager at AVIC, supporting the manufacturing and delivery of key structural components for Boeing, Airbus, and ATR aircraft in accordance with FAA and EASA airworthiness certifications.
Min holds an MBA from the École Nationale de l’Aviation Civile, with a specialty in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations, and BA of Aircraft Manufacturing Technology from the Northwestern Polytechnical University.

Ronan has a proven track record and led a variety of strategic reviews, buy side and sell side transaction processes and airline restructurings providing critical insight and investment decision recommendations to capital deployers and related stakeholders. Ronan has expertise in developing out enterprise level reporting frameworks using business intelligence tools to consolidate an array of disparate company and market data into dynamic user-friendly interfaces allowing stakeholders to make smarter decisions while providing a more insightful view of the data that is important to them.
Prior to joining Alton, Ronan held a variety of roles in AMCK Aviation where he was most recently Vice President of Strategy & Planning and responsible for devising strategic options and alternative capital deployment opportunities. Prior to this Ronan was Vice President of Risk developing out the company’s wider risk framework and credit analysis. Previously Ronan worked with KPMG in Dublin in the Corporate Finance team where he advised on several aviation transitions having begun his career as an auditor with KPMG.

Daniel has deep analytical experience including nearly four years providing advisory and consulting services with two of the Big Four accounting firms. Passionate about analysis supporting strategy, Daniel specializes in quantitative modeling, strategic evaluation, and mergers and acquisitions. At Alton, Simon has worked on a variety of projects involving commercial due diligence for private equity firms and assisting the Unsecured Creditors Committee in recovering assets in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy process.
Prior to joining Alton, Simon held internship experience at a leading Southeast Asian investment bank where he was involved in several capital raising projects, including an IPO. In addition, he interned in two private equity firms where he worked with C-suites to drive market entry and product launching strategy.
Simon obtained First Class Honors in BCom from the University of Melbourne, where he double majored in Finance and Economics. Simon is a fluent speaker of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa. He is also conversational in Cantonese.

Jane holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Economics from Boston College. She is bilingual in Mandarin and English, and conversational in Korean.

In addition to his experience with Alton, he further applied his analytics skills in client-facing projects within the energy, transportation, and defense sectors and pursued technical internships in robotics and machine design.
Filip holds a Master of Engineering Management degree from Dartmouth College, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology.

During his time at Alton, Andrea has supported the IPO preparation for a leading airline in the Middle East, contributed to the buy-side due diligence for the acquisition of a major private aviation services provider, and worked on a diligence study to assess the acquisition potential of a cluster of airports in Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining Alton, Andrea was a management consultant at Arthur D. Little, where he worked on digital transformation projects for clients across the aviation, telecommunications, and energy industries. Additionally, he improved his financial and business acumen as a junior investment analyst at a Milan-based venture capital fund, focusing on investments in AI and IoT technologies.
Andrea holds a cum laude double degree in Management and Business Administration from Bocconi University and the Norwegian School of Economics. He is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English and conversational in French.

He began his career at Avascent in London, a boutique consulting firm advising leading defense OEMs globally.
Dion holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester and an MSc in Management from Imperial College Business School.

Ben also has experience in healthcare M&A consulting, having completed an internship at a London-based advisory firm
