Evan Deahl

Evan leverages deep financial and transaction advisory experience – as well as a lifelong passion for aviation – to assist clients in addressing complex strategic challenges across the aviation value chain.

Prior to joining Alton, Evan helped to originate, structure, and execute M&A and financing transactions as an associate at Evolution Media Capital in New York. He began his career as an analyst at MTS Health Partners, an investment bank providing advisory services to companies in the healthcare and biotechnology industries.

Evan is a graduate of the Roy and Diana Vagelos Program in Life Sciences and Management at the University of Pennsylvania, holding a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in Biological Basis of Behavior from the College of Arts and Sciences.
