Based in Alton Aviation Consultancy?s Hong Kong office, Katya Bulatova brings clients more than a decade of international advisory experience across strategic planning, operational performance improvement, cost optimization, and organizational development.
Katya has extensive experience working with leading companies across aviation supply chain, including airlines, aircraft manufacturers, lessors and MRO. Among other things, she has worked on airline start-ups, anti-crisis and growth strategy developments, productivity and cost improvements, and M&A.
Prior to joining Alton, Katya was a manager at Bain & Company South East Asia, where she advised C-level executives of top organizations around the world on a variety of strategic and operational issues. Earlier, she was a manager at KPMG office in Singapore where she was involved in international aircraft financing transactions and ownership structures.
Katya earned her BS and MS in Economics from Higher School of Economics in Moscow.
