
Stefan brings a unique blend of consulting expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and a longstanding passion for aviation. He advises clients on complex strategic and operational challenges, drawing on strengths in market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and scenario modeling. His aviation experience includes leading a global partner search for a multinational aircraft manufacturer and supporting an Asia-focused site selection for a major European MRO provider.
Prior to joining Alton, Stefan was part of PwC's International Growth Practice in Singapore, where he advised clients on market expansion and growth strategy initiatives across Southeast Asia, EMEA, and the Americas. Earlier in his career, Stefan also gained notable consulting experience through a sustainability study in collaboration with McKinsey Türkiye, as well as in his role as a growth consultant at a Berlin-based technology startup.
Stefan holds a Dual Master's degree in International Management from CEMS and the University College Dublin, where his dissertation examined the transferability of low-cost carriers' business models from short- to long-haul operations. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Stefan is a native German speaker, fluent in English, and conversational in French.
