Francis Sin

Francis has more than a decade of experience in management consulting, aviation policy, and corporate strategy, with project experience ranging across different verticals, including Alton's airline, MRO, and technology practices.

Francis' experience in due diligence and restructuring projects across Asia, Europe, and North America allows him to provide clients with a range of services including commercial strategy, business planning, market assessment, and investment support.

Prior to joining Alton, Francis held several positions at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), where he was responsible for the economic regulation of air transport, negotiation of international aviation agreements, as well as strategic and transformational initiatives.

Francis holds an MPhil in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
