Rancy Zhang

As an experienced business consultant, Rancy excels in identifying, analyzing, and developing solutions with aviation clients, especially around financial and accounting-related challenges.

At Alton, Rancy has been involved in various engagement types, particularly specializing in aircraft transaction due diligence, cash flow forecasting, and aviation asset valuation.  Drawing upon her extensive background in finance and accounting, Rancy also provided valuable support in financial analysis and cash flow forecasting for a wide range of lessors and asset management companies, contributing to financial decision-making and enhancing overall financial performance.

Rancy is a US CPA who worked with Ernst & Young in the United States and the Cayman Islands offices before joining Alton. With her audit exposure in various financial services organizations, including funds housing aviation assets, Rancy gained a comprehensive understanding of aviation leasing companies, skilled in operations, financial reporting, leases and hard assets valuation.

Rancy obtained her MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and earned her BBA with double majors in Finance and Accounting from The University of Iowa. Rancy is fluent in English and Chinese, both Mandarin and Cantonese.
