Our Approach

Alton performed comprehensive market research and analysis to identify where favorable supply / demand dynamics existed to transition from a military to commercial engine MRO supplier. We identified the business processes required to support commercial airlines, developed a bankable business plan, designed a sales and marketing strategy, sourced a new MRO IT solution, helped secure outside repair and parts supply vendor agreements, and designed the shop floor layout to ensure a competitive turn-around-time.
