Mithran Ramaesh

Based in Alton's Singapore office, Mithran brings together his interest in aviation and his background in strategy and finance to support the firm's clients across a range of engagements.

Before joining Alton, Mithran worked in a corporate strategy and advisory firm, where he worked with regional financial institutions and advised clients on mid-market transactions in the IT and manufacturing sectors.  He has worked with conglomerates on cross-border acquisitions, conducting target searches for acquisition opportunities in the mid-market segment and developing financial models and performing valuation analyses to support both buy and sell-side mandates.

At Alton, Mithran has supported assignments including identifying strategic opportunities related to the MRO sector for an airport authority, conducting an assessment on an aviation topic to support an airline restructuring, and performing commercial due diligence for a Middle Eastern client on the acquisition of a rotary-wing service provider.

Mithran holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce from Monash University, with majors in Accountancy and minors in Finance and Marketing.
