Ho Seok Lee

Ho Seok Lee is an Engagement Manager based in Alton Aviation Consultancy's Singapore office.  He brings nearly a decade of management consulting experience across Asia, with a focus on the commercial aviation sector as well as broader industrial and manufacturing industries.

Ho Seok advises clients on a range of strategic and operational topics, including corporate strategy, fleet procurement and negotiation, MRO cost transformation, customer loyalty, and commercial due diligence.  He has led multiple engagements delivering measurable impact, including cost transformation and profitability improvement initiatives for airlines and industrial clients.

Prior to joining Alton, Ho Seok was a Senior Manager at Bain & Company in Seoul, where he was part of the Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Performance Improvement practices.  He led and supported engagements across aviation and adjacent sectors, combining analytical rigor with hands-on implementation to drive sustainable results.

Ho Seok holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Business Analytics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar.  He also earned a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Seoul National University.
