Based in Alton's Singapore office, Cloe brings a strong analytical foundation in economics and consulting experience across strategy, growth, and transformation engagements.
Prior to joining Alton as an Associate, Cloe gained experience at EY-Parthenon and PwC Strategy, where she worked on projects involving market entry, growth strategy, and digital transformation. Across these engagements, she supported market sizing and commercial analysis, particularly within the financial services sector. She later interned with Alton in Singapore, where she contributed to an airline restructuring project, before returning to the firm full-time.
Cloe graduated with a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Economics from Nanyang Technological University (NTU). She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
