
Bryan brings more than 30 years of aviation industry experience to his client engagements, spanning complex consulting projects for leading airline organizations to include a broad range of advisory services for a global base of aviation industry stakeholders covering technology, operations, and asset management. Over his career, Bryan has successfully led challenging and complex projects across the aviation value chain generating more than $1 billion in tangible enterprise value.
Bryan is a key leader in Alton's airline advisory practice, providing clients with expertise spanning commercial strategy, customer experience, operational excellence, financial performance, organizational design, and the integration of transformative technologies.
Prior to joining Alton, Bryan was a Managing Director at Deloitte, where he led the firm's Global Aviation Practice.
Bryan previously served as a Managing Director at PwC, with a focus on the airline sector, and as a Director at IATA (International Air Transport Association) where he led industry-wide transformation programs. Bryan began his career at Delta Air Lines where he managed international banking operations amongst other responsibilities.
Bryan earned his BS in Management and a Certificate in Economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
