Andrea Orsini

Based in Alton's Dubai office, Andrea leverages on strategy consulting and venture capital experience, combined with analytical rigor to drive innovative solutions for aviation clients.

During his time at Alton, Andrea has advised clients across multiple segments of the aviation value chain - including airlines, airports, business aviation cargo service providers, and jet fuel suppliers - on engagements spanning long-term strategy development, market sizing, competitive analysis, business planning, asset valuation, and investment feasibility across multiple geographies.  Notable engagements include a buy-side due diligence for the privatization of a national airline across all major functions, and a buy-side due diligence for a client interest in acquiring a portfolio of 30+ airports in Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining Alton, Andrea was a management consultant at Arthur D. Little, where he delivered strategy and digital transformation projects for clients across the public sector, energy & utilities, TMT, and transportation sectors. Additionally, he improved his financial and business acumen as a junior investment analyst at a Milan-based venture capital fund, focusing on investments in AI and IoT technologies.

Andrea holds a cum laude double degree in Management and Business Administration from Bocconi University and the Norwegian School of Economics. He is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English and conversational in French.
