Alton’s advisory work has grown across all key segments of the aviation value chain, including airline and lessor fleet strategy, restructuring, M&A due diligence, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) business planning, and new technology advisory in advanced air mobility (AAM) and other sectors. • Advised a bondholder group on potential restructuring of certain financing collateralized by aircraft
• Advised a range of leading airports on strategic and growth initiatives
• Advised a multilateral organization on the establishment of aircraft leasing joint venture
• Continued a long-term engagement with a diversified energy company on its aviation fuel strategic growth plans
• On behalf of some of the world’s most prominent private equity firms and other investors, performed commercial due diligence of targets across the aviation value chain including aircraft lessors, passenger and cargo airlines, aerospace suppliers, MROs, ground handling businesses, and other service providers
