NEW YORK (March 7, 2022) — Alton Aviation Consultancy, the global aviation advisory firm, is today launching a fundraising campaign for Ukrainian refugees in conjunction with Airlink, the rapid-response humanitarian relief organization.

Alton, a longstanding supporter of Airlink and platinum sponsor, is seeking contributions from individuals and corporations and will match donations on a dollar-for-dollar basis up to $100,000. Airlink is currently working with more than 20 relief organizations for airlift and logistics needs, delivering critical aid and responders to those affected by the ongoing war.

John Mowry, co-founder and Managing Director in Alton’s New York office, says: “Social responsibility has been core to our business values since the founding of Alton, and we are proud to provide our support to Airlink. Following the recent invasion of Ukraine, the need has perhaps never been more acute, and we’re hopeful that other like-minded individuals and companies will join us and Airlink on this important mission.”

An estimated 3-5 million refugees are expected to leave the country, and we are looking to raise up to $1M for flights and operational costs.
