Jonathan Berger, an Alton Aviation Consultancy Managing Director, will be one of the expert panelists speaking at MRO Europe.

Being held at ExCel London from 15th to 17th October, MRO Europe will provide a world class venue for all those involved in the industry, delivering an unrivalled forum where key intelligence is gathered and real business leads are generated as well as the exchange of ideas and best practices and shared experiences.

The first of the two sessions that Jonathan will be addressing is entitled Aircraft Parts Market: Striving for Transparency and Efficiency. Assessing the current status in the industry, this session will consider how you can ensure that you are able to find a part when you need it; how you can ensure the documentation is right; and how you can better understand your financial exposure in what many consider to be a fragmented, opaque and inefficient market.

In his second panel discussion – Consolidation Continues – Jonathan will be discussing the implications of the growing trend for both independent and airline MRO organisations to expand their capabilities and offerings in an environment of acquisitions and liquidations. With higher pricing and more bundled services, who is reaping the rewards?

Bringing more than 27 years of MRO industry experience to his client engagements, Jonathan leads Alton Aviation Consultancy’s Global Aerospace & MRO practice, specializing in strategic planning, market analysis, operational improvement, and commercial M&A due diligence.
