Jeffrey Goh

A seasoned professional and prominent leader in the global aviation community, Dr. Jeffrey Goh brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise.  He has a significant international exposure in the private and public sectors, and possesses extensive knowledge of global airline alliances and the airline industry including their complexities, as well as a broad experience in senior corporate management including strategy development and cross-cultural stakeholder management.

Before joining Alton, Jeffrey served as Chief Executive Officer of the Gulf Air Group where he led the recalibration of the network strategy and positioned customer experience as a strategic pillar for the airline.  He also oversaw the performance of other group companies including Bahrain Airport Company, Gulf Aviation Academy and joint venture companies in airport products and services.

Prior to the Gulf Air Group, Jeffrey was the Chief Executive Officer of Start Alliance.  Over his nearly two decade-long tenure with the global airline alliance, he played a pivotal role in shaping its strategic direction and operational success, having held various senior executive positions including Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, before assuming the CEO position.

Before joining Star Alliance, Jeffrey was a senior legal counsel at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and worked as a lawyer at Beaumont and Son, a leading law firm in London.

He holds a doctoral degree in airline competition and regulation and has published extensively on the airline industry.
