Nicholas Tang

Nicholas brings a strong blend of engineering rigor, operational insight, and enterprise transformation experience to his work with aviation clients.  Prior to joining Alton, he held multiple roles across commercial, operational, and enterprise transformation functions at SIA Engineering Company (SIAEC), leading initiatives across multiple business units that spanned frontline operational improvements, digitalisation, and implementation of large-scale enterprise resource planning systems.

Drawing on his understanding of aircraft maintenance operations, key cost drivers, and supply chain dynamics, Nicholas specialises in translating strategic objectives into practical and comprehensive roadmaps.  In doing so, he advises and works closely with engineering, finance, and supply chain stakeholders on transformation initiatives to deliver measurable and sustainable impact.

Nicholas holds a First Class Honours degree in Aerospace Engineering and certifications in Business and Financial Analytics from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
