
Based in Alton's Dubai office, Hector leverages his background in aerospace engineering, finance, and political science, as well as long-standing passion for aviation, to deliver technical, data-driven, and innovative insights to Alton's clients.
Before joining Alton full-time, Hector worked as an intern in the Dubai office on several engagements, including an airline due diligence, benchmarking assignments in the MRO and aviation fuel sectors, and the review of a greenfield airport's future development.
Prior to Alton, he contributed to the development of a European alliance of universities focused on aerospace education, was a laureate of the 2024 USAIRE Student Awards, and was responsible for youth policy development in one of Paris's city councils.
Hector holds a dual Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering and Public Affairs from ISAE-SupAero (Toulouse) and Sciences Po Paris. He also earned a dual Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Mechanical Engineering from Sciences Po Paris and Sorbonne Université (Paris), and studied at the University of California San Diego (UCSD).
He is a native French speaker, fluent in English and conversational in German, and is a DGAC-licensed private pilot.
